Follow your IGNIVARO™ order using Shopify's secure order-status page or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. We do not ask you to share payment information to check shipping status.

View your order status.
Access your order details and shipping updates securely. Use the same email address that you entered during checkout.
You can also open the View your order link in your order confirmation email. This is the most reliable way to see a specific order's status.
02 / YOUR PARCEL
Have a tracking number?
Open the tracking link in your shipping email to see updates from the carrier. Alternatively, enter your tracking number (not your IGNIVARO order number) on a parcel tracking service.
Check a tracking number with 17TRACK
Tracking may take time to appear after a shipping label is created. 17TRACK is an external service, not part of IGNIVARO.
How tracking works.
Order confirmation
After checkout, look for your order confirmation by email or SMS.
Dispatch update
When your order is fulfilled, the shipping message may include a tracking number and a tracking link.
Delivery progress
Open your order-status link to check available carrier updates. Dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Tracking questions.
I can't find my order confirmation.
Check the inbox, spam and promotions folders of the address used at checkout. If you still can't find it, contact us and include your order number if available.
Why isn't my tracking number updating?
A carrier might not scan a parcel immediately. Tracking also may be delayed during international transfers or customs inspections. If the status remains unchanged for an unusual length of time, contact our team.
My order says delivered, but I don't have it.
Check the address, safe drop-off location and any delivery notice. Contact the carrier and our support team promptly so we can review the shipment.
Can I track with my order number alone?
An IGNIVARO order number is not a carrier tracking number. Open the secure order-status link from your confirmation message, or sign in to your account. Do not enter a store order number into an external carrier tracker.
