Ordering

Before placing an order, check the correct item, model, optional engraving, quantity, address and listed inclusions. We display the product price, applicable charges and delivery methods at checkout.

Payment and confirmation

After a successful order, Shopify provides an order confirmation through the contact details supplied at checkout. We may verify stock, payment authorization, shipping eligibility or personalization details. If fulfillment is not possible, we will contact you about lawful alternatives or a refund.

Fulfillment

See Shipping Policy for shipping options, estimates, tracking and international customs. Fuel and oil are not supplied with lighters. Follow the order-status link in your email for shipment progress.

Returns and statutory remedies

Standard eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 14 days of delivery; different mandatory consumer rights take precedence. Clearly personalized goods may have legally permitted exclusions from change-of-mind returns, but remedies for defective or incorrect goods remain. See Returns & Refunds.
